When purchasing a hat you will need to choose a size. In order to do that you will need to know the head measurement of the person the hat is intended for. Measuring the head isn't difficult or complicated to do, but hopefully this quick guide will confirm how it's done.
To measure the head
You will need either a soft tape measure (dressmakers tape measure), or a piece of string and a regular tape measure to measure it against.

A bow tie handmade in classic multi coloured wool and beautiful blue silk. This charming pre tied tie is given a modern quirky edge with an asymmetrical design and a backing bow of dirty wash denim. An unusual combination of complimenting classic and modern fabrics. The clip on design attaches on to a shirt collar for stylish comfortable neck wear. Perfect for creating a retro look.
The unique pattern shaping is based on a vintage collection from the 1930's - 50's.
- Approx. 9cm x 5.5cm in size.
Materials: multi coloured wool, blue silk, cotton lycra denim, facing, metal bow tie clip
Clip-on bow ties can only be worn with turn-down, standard collar shirts. They are not suitable for wing-collar or collarless shirts.
Each one is individually handmade so will differ with regards to pattern depending on fabric cut and placement. Metal clips may result in some "wear & tear" on a shirt collar.
