Returns & Refunds

Hopefully you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are not totally satisfied you have 14 days from receipt of an item in which to return it.

It is necessary to send a notification of your intent to return, prior to shipping. Notification must be given by the original purchaser. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is your (the buyers) responsibility.

Items must be returned in a completely unaltered, undamaged and unused state, devoid of odours eg. smoke, for a full refund and to avoid a reduction in the reimbursement. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting or send Tracked for your own insurance, should the parcel become lost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A replacement (where mutually agreed) or refund will be arranged within 14 days of receipt of returned goods and after inspection. A refund  will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The cost of return shipping is your (the buyers) responsibility.

International buyers when returning an item, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges and attach a completed customs declaration. It is your (the buyers) responsibility for any returns stopped at Customs due to not being clearly marked. In this instance you will be responsible for any Customs and admin costs incurred.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct initial / spelling or measurement is given for any personalised, bespoke or customised items. For obvious reasons it is not possible to re sell, and therefore accept returns on personalised, bespoke and customised items.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Should your parcel arrive damaged please notify us upon receipt. Photographs of the item and packaging will be required, and in some cases the item and packaging returned for Royal Mail inspection, so a postal claim can be made. A full refund will be given.

Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until at least -
18 working days have passed for UK mail
25 working days have passed for Europe
32 working days have passed for Rest of World
The majority of parcels do turn up eventually, your patient will always be appreciated.

Items that are returned by the mail carrier as undeliverable will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
